Structural Integration

Restore Balance, Relieve Pain, and Enhance Movement with Anatomy Trains Structural Integration for Lasting Wellness

Deep Tissue Fascial Release

What is Structural Integration?

Unlocking Balance, Strength & Pain-Free Movement

Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (ATSI) is an advanced bodywork method that stems from the pioneering work of Dr. Ida Rolf, further developed by Thomas Myers. This approach is evidence-informed, focusing on postural patterns, chronic pain relief, and movement dysfunction through personalized soft tissue treatments.

ATSI works by addressing deep-seated fascial restrictions that contribute to discomfort and misalignment. Research has shown that Structural Integration can significantly reduce chronic stress, improve posture, and decrease dependence on pain medications. The therapy is offered in single sessions, a 3-series, or the full 12-series protocol, following the Anatomy Trains Myofascial Meridians approach.

Structural Benefits

The 12-Series Breakdown

The 12-series Structural Integration program systematically releases fascial restrictions, improves posture, and restores movement efficiency. Each session builds on the last, addressing tension patterns, enhancing mobility, and creating long-term balance for a pain-free, more aligned body.

01
Sessions 1-4: Sleeve Sessions

Freeing the front, back, and sides of the body, improving breath, and creating stability.

02
Sessions 5-8: Core Sessions

Working with deeper stabilization muscles, addressing hidden imbalances, and improving spinal support.

03
Sessions 9-12: Integration Sessions

Bringing it all together to enhance coordination, posture, and long-term structural balance.

Restore, Align, Move

How Structural Integration Works

ATSI consists of 12 progressive sessions designed to release fascial restrictions, improve posture, and restore movement efficiency. Each session is a combination of hands-on fascial manipulation and movement re-education to guide the body back to natural alignment.

Throughout our lives, injuries, stress, and repetitive movements create tension patterns in the body. These patterns become stored in our fascia, affecting mobility and balance. Structural Integration works by freeing up these restrictions and retraining the body for long-term relief and efficiency.
